An ordinance to amend the 2014 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to add revenues and associated expenses for Fund 001 - General Fund - District Court -Division D (001-400207) in the amount of $38,291, Coroner (001-430160) in the amount of $6,841, General Government Buildings (001-400640) in the amount of $801,492, Emergency Operations Subsidiary (001-410711) in the amount of $908,083, Fund 105 - Road Lighting in the amount of $155,000, Fund 113 - Recreation in the amount of $345,000, Fund 310 - Westbank Hurricane Protection Levee in the amount of $922,267, and Fund 313 LCDBG Public Facilities Construction Fund in the amount of $177,473, unexpended in 2013 for various projects and services.

WHEREAS, the 2014 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted November 18, 2013 by Ordinance No. 13-11-10, and amended January 1, 2014 by Executive Order No. 14-01, January 24, 2014 by Executive Order No. 14-02, February 11, 2014 by Executive Order No. 14-03, February 17, 2014 by Executive Order No. 14-04, and February 24, 2014 by Executive Order No. 14-05, and:
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2014 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby amend the 2014 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget, as amended, as per "Exhibit A".
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2014, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
