Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Post Street, LLC, EBB-20-030-0688, WQC#KA-030530-06 for a permit to clear, grade and deposit fill to develop a residential subdivision associated roadways, utilities and drainage infrastructure in the proposed Lakewood Estates Extension Subdivision, located in Section 38, Township 14 South, Range 21 East, approximately five miles east of Boutte, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Post Street, LLC, EBB-20-030-0688, WQC#KA-030530-06 for a permit to clear, grade and deposit fill to develop a residential subdivision associated roadways, utilities and drainage infrastructure in the proposed Lakewood Estates Extension Subdivision, located in Section 38, Township 14 South, Range 21 East, approximately five miles east of Boutte, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That Resolution No. 5111 adopted August 4, 2003, issuing a Strong Objection to said permit is hereby rescinded.
SECTION III. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Post Street, LLC, their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION IV. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
