IN   RECOGNITION
WHEREAS,      Marguerite Angeline Weber was born Marguerite Angeline Trouillier on August 14, 1911.  She is the second child of the late Solene Germain and David Trouillier, born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Marguerite confessed religion at a very young age and remained devoted to her Christian faith throughout her years; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Marguerite was instrumental in caring for her siblings:  the late Mildred Trouillier and the late Sylvia Glapion, and numerous other family members; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Marguerite married the late Alfred Weber in the year 1934 and they were blessed with three children:  Marie Louise Jones, Marguerite Marie Johnson, and the late Gilbert Alfred Weber; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Marguerite is currently a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Marguerite was a devoted wife and is a proud mother, grandmother, and great grandmother; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Marguerite celebrated her 100th birthday on August 14, 2011 with family and friends.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
