Title
An ordinance to rename a certain section of Dunleith Drive, South of the Electric Power Line and Pipeline Right-of-Way to Dunleith Court, Destrehan.
Body
WHEREAS, when Dunleith Drive was dedicated to the Parish the area South of the Electric Power Line and Pipeline Right-of-Way was undeveloped; and,
WHEREAS, when the municipal numbers were assigned along Dunleith Drive this section was left unnumbered and the numbering system of the area North of the Electric Power Line and Pipeline Right-of-Way began with the numbers one and two; and,
WHEREAS, now that the area South of the Power Line and Pipeline Right-of-Way is being developed it is necessary to assign municipal numbers with a new street name.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the section of Dunleith Drive, South of the Electric Power Line and Pipeline Right-of-Way is hereby changed from Dunleith Drive to Dunleith Court.
SECTION II. That a copy of this ordinance be sent to the St. Charles Parish Communication District, the St. Charles Parish Planning Department and the U. S. Postal Service.
SECTION III. That the Parish Administration be directed to install the proper street sign on the appropriate street.
