Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Robert A. Carr for - "Old 2 New Renovations" - home renovations at 144 Thoroughbred Avenue, Montz, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Robert A. Carr would require Louisiana State licensing for home renovations.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Robert A. Carr, 144 Thoroughbred Avenue, Montz, La. is for - "Old 2 New Renovations" - home renovations.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Robert A. Carr a home occupation permit for home renovations.
