Title
An ordinance to name an unnamed private lane in Esperanza Country Estates, Luling as Annie Lane.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 02-11-5 on November 4, 2002 approving the resubdivision of Lot C of Esperanza Country Estates in Luling; and,
WHEREAS, said resubdivision included a 45' Access Servitude to service the lots established therein; and,
WHEREAS, said resubdivision did not name the Access Servitude and it is the desire of the property owners to name said Access Servitude as Annie Lane.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the 45' Access Servitude identified on the Resubdivision of Esperanza Country Estates Subdivision by Michael D. Bernard, PLS dated June 27, 2002 is hereby named Annie Lane (private).
SECTION II. That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to install the proper signs identifying Annie Lane as a private lane in Luling.
