Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 20-7-10 which approved a contract for Engineering Services between Linfield, Hunter & Junius, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for Phase 2 for the 2020 Luling Oxidation Pond Sewer Master Plan, Project No. S200602.

WHEREAS, on July 6, 2020 the St. Charles Parish Council approved Ordinance No. 20-7-10; a Contract for professional services multi-phase project agreement with Linfield, Hunter & Junius, Inc. for providing all necessary professional engineering services for the 2020 Luling Oxidation Pond Sewer Master Plan, Project No. S200602; and,
WHEREAS, the Contract for Engineering Services needs to be amended to add fees associated with Phase 2 in an amount $91,425.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Amendment No. 1 attached to and made a part hereof, to the professional services Contract with Linfield, Hunter & Junius, Inc. for providing necessary services for Phase 2 for the 2020 Luling Oxidation Pond Sewer Master Plan, Project No. S200602 is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment No. 1 to the Engineering Services Agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2021, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
