Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Cash Sale by Paul and June Murray to St. Charles Parish for access and maintenance of drainage infrastructure items.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish is in need of Lot 19, Square C, Ormond Village Subdivision for the access and maintenance of drainage infrastructure items; and,
WHEREAS, Paul and June Murray have agreed to sell to St. Charles Parish said property for the appraised price and sum of $39,000.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Cash Sale from Paul and June Murray to St. Charles Parish in the amount of $39,000 is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Cash Sale on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
