Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Luling Estates Incorporated endorsing the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-53, for a resubdivision of a portion of a tract of land located in Section 89 T13- R20E and Section 10 T13S-R21E; 173' east of Gassen Street and 925' south of Easy Street, behind residences numbered 517, 519, 601, and 603 Gassen Street into lots E-1 and E-2.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to Section III.B.3 requiring street frontage and Section III.C.1.b requiring minimum width; and,
WHEREAS, property owner, Luling Estates wishes to subdivide a portion of a tract of land located in Section 89 T13S R20E and Section 10 T 13S R21E into lots E-1 and E-2; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner requests a waiver from the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations Section III.B.3 requiring street frontage and Section III.C.1.b requiring minimum width for Lots E-1 and E-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide mandatory supporting authorization to Luling Estates Incorporated endorsing the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-53, for a resubdivision of a portion of a tract of land located in Section 89 T13-R20E and Section 10 T13S-R21E; 173' east of Gassen Street and 925' south of Easy Street, behind residences numbered 517, 519, 601, and 603 Gassen Street into lots E-1 and E-2.
