Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. I to an Administrative Contract for Engineering Services dated December 13, 1999, between Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for design services of the Old Norco Pump Station Pump Replacement Project (Project P991201).
Body
WHEREAS, An Administrative Contract signed December 13, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish President approved and authorized the execution of a contract for engineering services with Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. for the design services of the Old Norco Pump Station Pump Replacement Project (Project 991201); and,
WHEREAS, in order to standardize the pumps, the Parish requested revisions to the plans and specifications to include Fairbanks-Morse as the preferred pump manufacturer. The additional design fee for these services shall not exceed $2,400.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Administrative Contract for Engineering Services between Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for the additional design services of the Old Norco Pump Station Pump Replacement Project (Project P991201).
