Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 and final for the Demolition of Diane Tower to increase the contract time by 11 Calendar Days.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.  That Ordinance No. 00-4-17 adopted April 17, 2000, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Vaughan Contractors for the Demolition of Diane Tower in the amount of $77,400.00 and,
      SECTION II.  That it is necessary to increase the contract time by 11 Calendar Days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) and final for the Demolition of Diane Tower to increase the contract time by 11 Calendar Days.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
