Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Edward A. Estalote, III for "Pinnacle Litigation & Investigative Services" - a home office for private investigation services at 132 Janet Drive, St. Rose, LA.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Edward A. Estalote, III would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Edward A. Estalote, III, 132 Janet Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Pinnacle Litigation & Investigative Services" - a private investigation service is hereby approved.
      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Edward A. Estalote, III a home occupation permit for a private investigation service.
