ORDINANCE NO.
Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an engineering services agreement with All South Consulting Engineers, LLC for providing all necessary services for the Canal A Improvements Project (P200704).
Body
WHEREAS, the Ormond area south of the CN Railroad is especially flood prone; and,
WHEREAS, Canal A needs improvements to adequately convey stormwater from south Ormond; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement between St. Charles Parish and All South Consulting Engineers, LLC describes the details of the proposed services and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Engineering Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and All South Consulting Engineers, LLC for services as required by the Department of Public Works is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2020, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
