RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Corey Faucheux to the River Parishes Transit Authority.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the RIVER PARISHES TRANSIT AUTHORITY due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Corey Faucheux on January 12, 2020; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Corey Faucheux 593 Cypress Drive, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the RIVER PARISHES TRANSIT AUTHORITY.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire JANUARY 7, 2024.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2020, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
