RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Ralph M. Wilderson to the St. Charles Parish Civil Service Board.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CIVIL SERVICE BOARD; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Ralph Wilderson on August 1, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Ralph M. Wilderson 68 Belle Grove Drive, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH CVIL SERVICE BOARD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 1, 2019 and shall expire AUGUST 1, 2022.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
