Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Jairo Aguilera - "Aguilera Remodeling Company, LLC" - a painting, sheetrock installation and repair service at 124 Stephen St., St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Jairo Aguilera would require Louisiana State licensing for a painting, sheetrock installation and repair service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Jairo Aguilera, 124 Stephen St., St. Rose, La. is for - "Aguilera Remodeling Company, LLC" - a painting, sheetrock installation and repair service is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Jairo Aguilera a home occupation permit for a painting, sheetrock installation and repair service.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
