IN   RECOGNITION
 
WHEREAS,      Raymond Coleman was born in Greenville, Mississippi, and currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife, Ashley, and their three children:  Hollis, Harrison, and Louise; and,
WHEREAS,      Raymond is the owner of 3C Riverside Properties, LLC, in Memphis, which has properties located throughout the mid-south area, with its major landholdings located in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS,      Raymond has a 15 year history of being very conservative and environmentally sensitive of lands he has owned or still owns; and,
WHEREAS,      Raymond and 3C have a history of  partnering with communities and government agencies and officials to develop property in a manner that benefits all parties involved; and,
WHEREAS,      Raymond and 3C have donated over nine and one half acres of land in Killona, Louisiana, for the Killona Park, including an additional donation to accommodate a new community center; and,
WHEREAS,      Raymond and 3C have supported the community of Killona in many other ways, including the donation of over eight acres of land for the construction of a church and cemetery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby thank and recognize
