A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer an OBJECTION to Mile 131, LLC, MVN-2018-1525EPP, WQC 190528-01 for a permit to install and maintain a new barge fleet consisting of nine (9) tiers of river barges, five (5) barges wide secured by steel monopiles, work shall be conducted by barge mounted crane, left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at about 131 miles above Head of Passes, in Montz, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer an OBJECTION in connection with the application of Mile 131, LLC, MVN-2018-1525EPP, WQC 190528-01 for a permit to install and maintain a new barge fleet consisting of nine (9) tiers of river barges, five (5) barges wide secured by steel monopiles, work shall be conducted by barge mounted crane, left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at about 131 miles above Head of Passes, in Montz, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of OBJECTION is issued for the following reason: the quality of life of local residents of Montz would be negatively impacted by the noise pollution.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
