Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance 81-10-6, the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 to R-1M on Lot Q, approximately 1.25 acres at the south end of Wisner Street in Paradis, as requested by Clyde McCully.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      An ordinance to amend the Ordinance 81-10-6, the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 to R-1M on Lot Q, Estay Subdivision, Paradis as requested by Clyde McCully.
SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning and Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from C-3 to R-1M on Lot Q, Estay Subdivision, Paradis, a 1.26 acre parcel south of Wisner Drive, as requested by Clyde McCully.
SECTION III.      To authorize the Department of Planning and Zoning change the Future Land Use Map, in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan adopted under ordinance 11-6-11 from Moderate Density Residential to Manufactured Home / RV Park on the property.
