WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required frontage, required total lot size for R-3 zoning, and required minimum lot size; and,
WHEREAS, the owners Ronald & Carol Combe, Russell & Shirley Toups, Rowena Tromatore, and Robert & Gladys Feliu wish to subdivide Lots 20 into Lots 20A (867.09 sq. ft.), 20B (826.18 sq. ft.), 20C (865.19 sq. ft.), 20D (871.55 sq. ft.), and 20E ( 4,370 sq. ft.).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the resubdivision approval with the waiver to the minimum frontage, minimum total lot size, and the 2,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size requirement outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2000-60.
