Title

An ordinance adopting the St. Charles Parish Council Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget for fiscal year 2009 through 2011 in accordance with the Parish Transportation Act.

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

WHEREAS,      In accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes 48:751-760, the Parish Transportation Act, and the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter, the Parish President has submitted the Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget for fiscal year 2009 through 2011 to the St. Charles Parish Council; and,

WHEREAS,      The Parish Council has taken under advisement the study of the Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PARISH TRANSPORTATION ACT AND THE HOME RULE CHARTER, THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HERBY ORDAINS: to adopt the Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget for fiscal year 2009 through 2011 identified as "Exhibit A".
