Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon a drainage servitude in Willowridge Estates, Luling, Louisiana, as indicated on a survey by Lucien Gassen, dated November 12, 2001, said servitude having no public use.
Body
WHEREAS, certain portions of lots 6 and 7 of Willowridge Estates, Parcel X, were dedicated for use as a public drainage servitude by Act of Dedication dated October 18, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, since the dedication, the servitude has had no public use and/or benefit; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Public Works has certified that the existing drainage servitude serves no public purpose and has no objection to the revocation; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to revoke said property, as provided by law, unto the present record owner of surrounding property.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation of dedicated property by the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved, accepted and enacted subject to the resubdivision of Lots 6 & 7 Willowridge Estates, Parcel X into Lot 6A.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this __ day of , 2001, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
