Title

A resolution approving the renewal contract with Guidry Associates LLC, as the Legislative Liaison for the River Region Caucus, under a two year Agreement.

Body

WHEREAS,      on April 11, 2011, the Members of the River Region Caucus approved a new two year contract with Guidry Associates LLC, as the Legislative Liaison; and,

WHEREAS,      the Members of the St. Charles Parish Council agree that the services received from a Legislative Liaison have benefited the Parish.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve the renewal contract with Guidry Associates LLC, as the Legislative Liaison for the River Region Caucus, under a two year Agreement.
