Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John M. Maher, Jr. - "Johny's Repairs" - a repair business at 300 River Oaks Drive, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John M. Maher, Jr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a repair business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John M. Maher, Jr., 300 River Oaks Drive, Luling, La. is for - "Johny's Repairs" - a repair business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John M. Maher, Jr. a home occupation permit for a repair business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
