RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Patrick O’Malley to the St. Charles Parish Civil Service Board.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CIVIL SERVICE BOARD due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Patrick O’Malley on August 1, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Patrick O’Malley 34 East Levert Dr., Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH CIVIL SERVICE BOARD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 1, 2025 and shall expire AUGUST 1, 2028.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
