Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Van L. LeGaux, Sr. for - "Van's Electrical Business" - an electrical business at 253 Sycamore Street, Hahnville, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Van L. LeGaux, Sr. would require Louisiana State licensing for an electrical business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Van L. LeGaux, Sr. 253 Sycamore Street, Hahnville is for - "Van's Electrical Business" - an electrical business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Van L. LeGaux, Sr. a home occupation permit for a electrical business.
