Title
A resolution changing the structure of the Legislative Committee from a seven member Committee to the Council as a whole.
Body
WHEREAS, Legislative Committee provides valuable information to the Public; and,
WHEREAS, the Council as a whole will require five members present for a quorum to discuss and provide valuable information.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby change the structure of the Legislative Committee from a seven member Committee to the Council as a whole.
