Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Jerry R. Chism - "Dixieland Plumbing Repairs, LLC" - residential and commercial plumbing at 110 Dianne Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Jerry R. Chism would require Louisiana State licensing for residential and commercial plumbing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Jerry R. Chism, 110 Dianne Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Dixieland Plumbing Repairs, LLC" - residential and commercial plumbing is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Jerry R. Chism a home occupation permit for residential and commercial plumbing.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
