An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from OL to R-1A at a certain piece or portion of ground situated in Section 5, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Lot 5-B, of Fashion Plantation, Hahnville, La. as requested by McCracken Enterprises, Inc.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from OL to R-1A at a certain piece or portion of ground situated in Section 5, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Lot 5-B, of Fashion Plantation, Hahnville, La. as requested by McCracken Enterprises, Inc.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from OL to R-1A at a certain piece or portion of ground situated in Section 5, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Lot 5-B of Fashion Plantation, Hahnville, La. as requested by McCracken Enterprises, Inc.
