Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the positive recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission for PZSPU-2014-01 to permit access to commercial property through a residential zone on southbound Charlestown Drive as requested by as requested by Christine Briceno for CNH Investments, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Section VIII(B)(1)(a)(7) requires a Special Permit Use where commercially zoned property is accessed through any residential zoning district; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed driveway is situated in such a way that vehicles would be forced through a residential zoning district to access it; and,
WHEREAS,      at their meeting February 6, 2014, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission's decision to permit access to a commercial zoned property through a residential zoning district as requested in PZSPU 2014-01 by Christine Briceno for CNH Investments, LLC.
