Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Dedication for Belle Ormond Subdivision, in Destrehan, St. Charles Parish, LA, as requested by James Pettigrew.
Body
WHEREAS, James Pettigrew is the owner and developer of property indicated on a Final Plat dated 10/01/2007 and prepared by Riverlands Surveying Company, as a Survey Plat and Resubdivision of Parcel 8-A-2 of Ormond Club Estates into Lots herein designated as Lots 1 thru 47 of Ormond Country Club Estates; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision has been constructed in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, all required administrative reviews and approvals have been effected relative to said subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the attached Act of Dedication for Belle Ormond Subdivision, which includes Lots 1 thru 47, the dedication of Belle Ormond Circle, Belle Lane, and servitudes for utility is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Final Plat and Act of Dedication on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2007, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
