Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Killona Investments, Inc. and Esperanza Land Co., et al properties into Parcels H1, H2, H3, H4, L1, L2, L3, L4, and R1, located in Sections 52 & 85, T12S R19E, in Killona, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Killona Investments, Inc. and Esperanza Land Co. and Paul A. Lorio Zoning District M-2, M-3, and OL. Council District 1.
Body
WHEREAS, Killona Investments, Inc. and Esperanza Land Co. et al, own an undeveloped tract of land in Killona, La; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide the identified tract for future development; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Michael Bernard dated March 13, 2001 for resubdivision of Killona Investments, Inc. and Esperanza Land Co., et al properties into Parcels H1, H2, H3, H4, L1, L2, L3, L4, and R1, located in Sections 52 & 85, T12S R19E, in Killona, St. Charles Parish, La. is hereby approved.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
