Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Civil Construction Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Project P011003, Willowdale Erosion Control, in the amount of $131,327.40.

WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on March 21, 2003, for the Willowdale Erosion Control Project; and,
WHEREAS, Danny J. Hebert, P.E., LLC, Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Civil Construction Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $131,327.40.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Civil Construction Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Parish Project No. 011003, Willowdale Erosion Control, be hereby accepted in the amount of $131,327.40.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
