Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon undeveloped Walnut Street right-of-way and undeveloped portion of Butternut Street right-of-way east of Oak Street, Hahnville LA, as indicated on a survey by J. Michael Dixon, P.E., dated 6/24/04.
Body
WHEREAS, certain properties were laid out for use as a public street to be known as Walnut Street and a portion of Butternut Street, located in T13S, R20E, Hahnville, St. Charles Parish, LA; and,
WHEREAS, since the dedication, the property presently has no public use and/or benefit; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to revoke said property as provided by law unto the present record owner of adjacent property.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation of undeveloped Walnut Street extending 220.89 feet to the west of Oak Street and 203.54 feet to the east of Oak Street, and undeveloped Butternut Street extending 201.29 feet to the east of Oak Street, Hahnville is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
