Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 for Parish Project No. S030801, St. Charles Place Sewer Improvements, to decrease the contract amount by $5,560.00 and to decrease the contract time by 9 calendar days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-12-17 adopted December 20, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. S030801, St. Charles Place Sewer Improvements to D&O Contractors, Inc. for in the amount of $65,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $5,560.00 in the contract amount and a decrease of 9 days in contract time; and,
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 for Parish Project No. S030801, St. Charles Place Sewer Improvements, to decrease the contract amount by $5,560.00 and to decrease the contract time by 9 calendar days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
