Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. Five (5), Final Balance and Change Order, for the St. Charles Parish Wastewater Regionalization Program – Destrehan Wastewater Treatment Plant to increase the contract amount by $18,105.33 and to increase the contract time by 43 days
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 97-10-5 adopted October 6, 1997, by St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Roxco, Ltd. For the construction of the St. Charles Parish Wastewater Regionalization Program-Destrehan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in the amount of $16,986,881.00; and
SECTION II. That Ordinance No. 97-11-7 adopted November 17, 1997, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order No. One (1) for the St. Charles Parish Wastewater Regionalization Program-Destrehan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Project to decrease the contract amount by $679,981.00; and
SECTION III. That Ordinance No. 99-6-17 adopted June 21, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order No. Two (2) for the St. Charles Parish Wastewater Regionalization Program-Destrehan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Project to increase the contract time by 28 days; and
SECTION IV. That Ordinance No. 99-10-5 adopted October 4, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order No. Three (3) for the St. Charles Parish Wastewater Regionalization Program-Destrehan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Project that decreased the contract amount by $111,308.77;
SECTION V. That Ordinance No. 00-4-9 adopted April 3, 2000 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order No. Four (4...
