Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Cynthia D. Beaugh - "" - a part-time hair salon at 131 Leigh Lane, Montz, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Cynthia D. Beaugh would require Louisiana State licensing for a part-time hair salon.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Cynthia D. Beaugh,15190 Hwy. 90, Paradis, La. is for - "" - a part-time hair salon is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Cynthia D. Beaugh a home occupation permit for a part-time hair salon.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
