Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Services Agreement with Total Energy Solutions, LLC for the Wastewater Generator Preventative Maintenance 2025 (Project No. S250301), in the amount not to exceed $105,280.00.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish Department of Wastewater desires to establish a contract for Preventative Maintenance for twenty-eight (28) generators installed at various sewer lift stations across the Parish; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish and Total Energy Solutions, LLC have mutually agreed upon a price of $105,280.00 to complete the work; and,
WHEREAS, the Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Total Energy Solutions, LLC explains the scope, schedule and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Total Energy Solutions Company, LLC for Wastewater Generator Preventative Maintenance 2025, (Project No. S250301), is hereby approved and accepted in the amount not to exceed of $105,280.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
