Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of portion of Lots Z-2A and Z-3A into Lots Z-2A-1, Z-2A-2, Z-2A-3, Z-2A-4, Z-3A-1, Z-3A-2, Z-3A-3 and Z-3A-4, Ormond Meadows Subdivision, located in Destrehan, St. Charles Parish. LA. as requested by Mark and Elaine Fuselier.
Body
WHEREAS, Mark and Elaine Fuselier are the owners of Lots Z-2A and Z-3A in Ormond Meadows Subdivision, Destrehan; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide the 2 lots into 8 lots; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Lucien Gassen, PLS, dated October 17, 2007 for resubdivision of Lots Z-2A and Z-3A into Lots Z-2A-1, Z-2A-2, Z-2A-3, Z-2A-4, Z-3A-1, Z-3A-2, Z-3A-3 and Z-3A-4, Ormond Meadows Subdivision, Destrehan, St. Charles Parish, La. is hereby approved.
