Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Sean Hamilton - "Hamilton Group" - a construction company at 234 Janet Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Sean Hamilton would require Louisiana State licensing for a construction company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Sean Hamilton, 234 Janet Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Hamilton Group" - a construction company is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Sean Hamilton a home occupation permit for a construction company.
