Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kirt J. Horn, Jr. - "Horn Construction" - a roofing remodeling, sheetrock, painting, siding business at 128 Lussan Lane, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Kirt J. Horn, Jr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a roofing remodeling, sheetrock, painting, siding business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Kirt J. Horn, Jr., 128 Lussan Lane, Luling, La. is for - "Horn Construction" - a roofing remodeling, sheetrock, painting, siding business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kirt J. Horn, Jr. a home occupation permit for a roofing remodeling, sheetrock, painting, siding business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
