Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement between GCR Inc. and St. Charles Parish for land program management and right-of-way acquisition services for various West Bank Projects, Parish Project No. P150301 (West Bank Real Estate and Permitting Services).
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish is pursuing numerous projects requiring a land management program on the West bank including but not limited to the Multi-Use Path on the Mississippi River Levee; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of St. Charles Parish to engage GCR Inc. to provide right-of-way or servitude acquisition and program management services for projects on an as-needed basis; and,
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement shall be valid for a period of three (3) years; it includes an option for two (2) one year renewals; services performed under shall not exceed $50,000.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between GCR, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for Parish Project No. P150301 is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Professional Services Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2018, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
