Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. Quinn Landry to the St. Charles Parish Children and Youth Planning Board representing the health care community.

Body

WHEREAS,      There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD ; and,

WHEREAS,      It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,

BE IT RESOLVED,      that __Mr. Quinn Landry   501 Perryl Lane, Luling, LA  70070   be appointed to the   ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD       ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY and expire NOVEMBER 1, 2014.
