Title

A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Frickey Brothers Construction, Inc. to endorse the Planning Board of Commissioners positive recommendation for special permit PZSPU-2016-04 to construct an R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district on Lot 5A, Square 26, Paradis.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Section VI(C)(III)(1)(c)(2) requires a Special Permit Use for R-3 uses in the C-2 zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     at their meeting on July 7, 2016, the St. Charles Parish Planning Board of Commissioners recommended approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL provides this resolution in support of the Planning Board of Commissioners decision to permit an R-3 use in an C-2 zoning district as requested in PZSPU-2016-04 by Frickey Brothers Construction, Inc.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
