Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Terri Darensbourg- "Hair Essence" - a beauty salon by appointment only - at 387 King Street, Hahnville, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section XXII states that the Parish Council must approve a home occupation requiring any state license or permit; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Terri Darensbourg requires a license or registration with the Louisiana Board of Cosmetology and the Louisiana State Fire Marshal.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the home occupation application by Terri Darensbourg to operate "Hair Essence" a beauty salon by appointment only at 387 King Street, Hahnville, La. is hereby approved, and
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Terri Darensbourg a home occupation permit to a beauty salon by appointment only at 387 King Street, Hahnville, La.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2009, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
