Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Steven Simon - "Simon's Remodeling & Renovations" - a home maintenance business at 112 Luke Drive, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Steven Simon would require Louisiana State licensing for a home maintenance business
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Steven Simon, 112 Luke Drive, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Simon's Remodeling & Renovations" - a home maintenance business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Steven Simon a home occupation permit for a home maintenance business.
