Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Henry J. Friloux, Jr. and Arleen O. Friloux - "Echo Ventures, Inc." - a general contracting company at 13938 River Road, Destrehan, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Henry J. Friloux, Jr. and Arleen O. Friloux would require Louisiana State licensing for general contracting.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Henry J. Friloux, Jr. and Arleen O. Friloux, 13938 River Road, Destrehan, La is for - "Echo Ventures, Inc." - general contracting is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Henry J. Friloux, Jr. and Arleen O. Friloux a home occupation permit for general contracting.
