Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon High School Subdivision and undeveloped Courthouse Street, Keller Street, and Levee Street in Hahnville, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
Body
WHEREAS, certain property was laid out for use as High School Subdivision and consisting of Square 1, Lots 1 thru 13 and Square 2, Lots 1 thru 25, and undeveloped Courthouse Street, Keller Street, Levee Street, as indicated on a survey by Riverlands Surveying Company, dated October 11, 2007; and,
WHEREAS, the property, located in Sections 18 & 22, T13S, R20E, is not presently developed as a subdivision nor consisting of streets and has no public use and/or benefit; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to revoke said property indicated on a survey by Riverlands Surveying Company and dated October 11, 2007, pursuant to Chapter 2 Sec. 2-4 of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation of property laid out for use as High School Subdivision, consisting of Square 1, Lots 1 thru 13 and Square 2, Lots 1 thru 25, undeveloped Courthouse Street, Keller Street, Levee Street, and as indicated on a survey by Riverlands Surveying Company, dated October 11, 2007, and located in Sections 18 & 22, T13S, R20E, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _____ day of ___________, 2007, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
