A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the positive recommendation of the Resubdivision of Lots 1 through 11, Square 41, New Sarpy Subdivision into Lots 1A, 5A, 7A & 10A, Square 41 with waivers from the required minimum lot size from 5000 sq. ft. to 4400 sq. ft. on each lot as indicated on the survey plat prepared by dated as requested by I & W Serenity Homes, LLC.

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the required minimum lot size; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner, I & W Serenity Homes, LLC wishes to subdivide Lots 1 through 11, Square 41, New Sarpy, into 1A, 5A, 7A and 10A with a waiver to the requirement for minimum lot size.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for Resubdivision of Lots 1 through 11, Square 41, New Sarpy Subdivision into Lots 1A, 5A, 7A and 10A, Square 41, New Sarpy Subdivision with a waiver to the requirement for minimum lot size as indicated on the survey plat prepared by Stephen P. Flynn dated June 25, 2007.
