An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from C-2 to R-1A(M) at Lots 37, 38 and 1/2 of Lot 36, Sq. 50, New Sarpy Subdivision (927 E. Harding St.), New Sarpy as requested by Cleveland Joseph.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification for a change in zoning classification from C-2 to R-1A(M) at Lots 37, 38 and 1/2 of Lot 36, Sq. 50, New Sarpy Subdivision (927 E. Harding St.), New Sarpy as requested by Cleveland Joseph.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this zoning reclassification from C-2 to R-1A(M) at Lots 37, 38 and 1/2 of Lot 36, Sq. 50, New Sarpy Subdivision (927 E. Harding St.), New Sarpy as requested by Cleveland Joseph.
SECTION III. To authorize the Department of Planning and Zoning to change the Future Land Use Map, in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan adopted under Ordinance 11-6-11 from General Commercial to Moderate Density Residential on the property.
